RETURN PROCESS


Please understand that we are a small, local business.  We try to continually bring newness into our store daily.  Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 14 days. 

 ALL ONLINE SALES ONLY  are available for return Or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return Or exchange. All sale items are final sale. 

 Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

 Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are refundable with in 5- 7 business days.

Shipping cost is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. De lany  does not cover shipping in either direction. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returned products.

 Store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

 ABOUT RE:DO

RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless returns transaction.  A charge of $0.98 is automatically added to every cart, you do have the option to delete from cart at check out.  This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost. This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $0.98 originally at checkout. 

If you purchased the $0.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 

RE:DO still abides by our return policy stated above. 

 The client has the option to remove RE:DO from their cart.  If you didn't checkout with Re:Do, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose should you not use our return center.

Shipping Policy, Methods & Locations

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible!

Currently, we only ship merchandise purchased on delanyclothing.com within the United States using FedEx, UPS, or USPS as delivery carriers in the United States.

Delanyclothing.com customers may select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Customers can also choose to pick up online orders in-store if they live in the local area.

All orders have a standard processing time of 1-5 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items.

 ** Orders must be placed by 1 pm Pacific Standard time to ship same day.

Standard Shipment: Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately five to seven business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Express Shipment: Orders placed with express shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM PT /10:00 AM ET will arrive within two business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with express shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM PT / 10:00 AM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within two to three business days. Express shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within three to four business days.

Next-Day Shipment: Orders placed with next day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM PT / 10:00 AM ET will arrive within one business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with next day shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM PT / 10:00 EM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within two business days. Next day shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within two to three business days.

Ship-To Locations: delanyclothing.com ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our online store is proud to offer standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses, though it may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer express shipping services to APO/FPO. Also, we do not ship merchandise orders internationally.

Accepted Payment Methods & Billing Information

delanyclothing.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and delanyclothing.com Gift Cards for U.S. merchandise purchases. We do not accept American Express Prepaid Debit Cards.

During checkout, select a form of payment from the delanyclothing.com Gift Card or credit card drop down menus. Other than delanyclothing.com Gift cards, all payment methods will be processed via "Credit Cards" fields during Checkout. If you do not already have a payment method stored, enter a new one. Then, enter your Billing Information as it appears on your credit card statement. If your information is already entered, confirm it is correct. Please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your credit card. For our customer's protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

Weekends
Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

Signature Required
When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
